Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for process trainers, focusing on soft skills development.

- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training services.

- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and content.

- Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.

- Robust understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
