Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both Software Development and Infrastructure/Networking positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience handling multiple technical requirements across various technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, Networking, Security, AI/ML, and Support roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job boards, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and critical technology positions.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview schedules, and hiring dashboards.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Experience in hiring for both Development and Infrastructure technologies.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of technologies including:
- Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, Node.js
- Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics
- AWS, Azure, GCP
- DevOps, SRE, Kubernetes, Docker
- Networking, Infrastructure, Security, System Administration

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS tools and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in global hiring and niche technology recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
