Position Overview

BTS is looking for an International Business Development Representative based in India to support our global expansion. This is a sales-focused opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a strong hunter profile, excellent English communication skills, and experience in B2B prospecting.

Contract & Compensation

- Independent Contractor engagement.
- Remote working model, with flexibility according to business needs.
- Uncapped commission ranging from 2.5% to 5% of sales, depending on performance, results, and commercial negotiation.
- Commission may be calculated on sales closed in U.S. dollars or Brazilian reais.

About the Role

The professional will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, prospecting international clients, opening new markets, and building long-term commercial relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, comfortable with outbound sales, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively prospect and qualify new B2B clients in international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct outbound sales activities through LinkedIn, email, phone, video calls, and other channels.
- Present BTS services to prospective clients and identify their business needs.
- Conduct sales presentations and commercial negotiations in English.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and active clients.
- Update the CRM and provide accurate sales pipeline and performance information.
- Work toward agreed sales targets and commercial KPIs.





Requirements

- Fluent English, both written and spoken mandatory.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or international sales.
- Strong active prospecting / hunter profile.
- Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients from different countries and cultures.
- Experience using LinkedIn and digital tools for prospecting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, organized, independent, and results-oriented.

Preferred Background

- Experience selling professional services, technology, consulting, translation, localization, or similar B2B services.
- Experience dealing with international clients.
- Knowledge of the translation and localization industry is a plus, but not required.
- Experience working with clients in the United States, Europe, Latin America, or other international markets.
