Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage online platforms by creating product listings on e-commerce platforms, optimizing catalog management, and ensuring timely order processing.

- Order Processing, dispatch scheduling, order fulfillment, Return Management, RTO claims, tracking, and execution to meet customer expectations.

- Develop strategies for marketing products through various channels to drive sales growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to orders, inventory management, and logistics.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations on various platforms like Amazon & FBA , Flipkart, Myntra Nykaa Etc.

- Solid understanding of ecommerce marketing principles and best practices in terms of Order processing & fullfilment

- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
