Job Summary:
The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for managing overall store operations, achieving sales targets, leading the store team, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and improve store profitability.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the sales/store team.
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion, ATV/ASP, UPT and customer footfall.
- Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and minimize shrinkage.




- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Handle staff rosters, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, cash handling, billing, and store policies.
- Coordinate with Area/Regional Managers and other departments.

Required Skills: Strong retail operations and team-management experience, excellent communication and customer-handling skills, target-oriented approach, inventory management knowledge, and valuable understanding of retail KPIs.
