Role & responsibilities

-Industry Experience in handling end user support (PC/LAPTOP/Mobile device etc.)

-Skilled on AD/AV/DHCP/PM/Backup Solution/File Server implementation and handling.

-Desk Side (Win10/Windows Server) Troubleshooting experience.

-Support for standard software, OS & Application (Ms-Office, Acrobat),0365,MS Team, Webex, Zoom, MDM, DLP,AV,VC handling experience.

-Mail Client Installation/Trouble shooting knowledge

- Valuable experience for managing desktop/Laptop/Network Printer/Switces/Access points etc.

- Isolate system issue, diagnose standard software issue and report hardware issue to respective vendors

- Installation/re-installation/user data backup and maintaining inventory, need to report ot HO

- LAN WAN related ticket resolution

- ISP, Multi-vendor coordination configuration and handling.

-Cisco L3,L2 Switches & Access point configuration and managing.

-Understanding of Web application security.

-Industry experience in handling/resolving network related incident & request

-Basic knowledge of firewall & rule

-Good Communication skills having Graduate and hardware diploma.
