Description

We are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including ORC, Redwood, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, security and OTL. This role involves analyzing, configuring, and supporting HCM functionalities to enhance our HR processes.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules for Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and OTL.

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local regulations.

Provide support and training to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.

Analyze and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.

Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.

Prepare and maintain documentation for system processes and user guides.

Skills and Qualifications

3-16 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and OTL.

Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations in India.





Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and implementations.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Oracle tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
