Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the IT staffing industry.
- Identify current business opportunities through networking, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in business development management or related field (e.g., consultancy).
- Proven track record of success in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
