About the Role

KIT Skill Hub is looking for a creative, confident, and result-oriented Digital

Marketing Executive to strengthen our social media presence, generate leads, and

promote our technology and career-focused programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other

digital platforms.

• Plan and create content ideas for Reels, Shorts, posts, and videos.

• Appear on camera as a brand face of KIT Skill Hub and present videos

confidently.

• Create scripts, captions, titles, descriptions, and promotional content.

• Support Meta Ads, lead-generation campaigns, and digital promotions.

• Monitor social media, website traffic, engagement, and lead performance.

• Support SEO, website content, and keyword research.

• Research trending topics, competitors, and new content opportunities.

• Coordinate with creative, video,



and other internal teams.

• Maintain content schedules and submit regular performance reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Confident and comfortable facing the camera.

• Creative mindset with strong content ideas.

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, and Paid Ads.

• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Basic Canva/content-creation skills are an advantage.

• Positive English communication; Telugu is an advantage.

• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work with deadlines.
