- Role Overview :

- We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive / Tele Sales Executive with strong communication and

- customer-handling skills. The role will focus primarily on healthcare sales and credit card sales, including lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, product explanation, objection handling, and conversion of

- prospects into appointments, enquiries, applications, or sales.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into healthcare enquiries,
appointments, services, and sales.

- Explain healthcare products/services, benefits, pricing, offers, eligibility, and process clearly and accurately to
customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare services or products based on the
customer's needs.

- Generate and manage leads for healthcare services through outbound calling, follow-ups, referrals, campaigns,
and assigned databases.

- Handle credit card sales by explaining card features, benefits, eligibility, fees/charges, offers, rewards, and
application procedures.

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card products based on eligibility and customer
needs.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for healthcare services and credit card acquisition.

- Follow up regularly with leads, interested customers, healthcare enquiries, and credit card prospects to
maximize conversion.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and provide accurate information.

- Convert leads into appointments, enquiries, healthcare service bookings, credit card applications, approvals, or
successful sales as applicable.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Healthcare, Banking/Partner,



and other internal teams for lead closure and
customer requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, applications, conversions, and sales in
CRM/HRMS or other assigned systems.

- Prepare and share daily and weekly calling, lead, conversion, and sales reports.

- Ensure high call quality, professional communication, ethical selling practices, and compliance with company
and industry standards.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly, particularly healthcare and
financial/customer data.

- Participate in product training, sales coaching, refresher sessions, and performance improvement programs.

- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, discipline, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Preferred Sales Experience Candidates with experience in healthcare sales, hospital/clinic/diagnostic centre sales, healthcare telecalling, medical service sales, insurance/financial services, or credit card sales will be preferred.

- Experience in lead generation, outbound calling, customer acquisition, appointment conversion, or target-based telesales is an advantage.

- Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant sales or tele-sales experience are preferred. Experience specifically in healthcare sales and/or credit card sales with B2C sales will be an added advantage.
