About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operation Executive to manage day-to-day pest control field operations, service execution, manpower, client coordination, audits, and staff training. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, along with good knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to manage field teams effectively.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily pest control service execution at client locations.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of all pest control services as per company standards and client requirements.
- Handle field operations and manpower deployment, including attendance, allocation, productivity, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Coordinate and support government audits and industry-specific audits.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and resolve operational concerns.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide field staff on pest control procedures, safety practices, service standards, and customer handling.
- Monitor service quality, customer complaints, corrective actions, and closure of operational issues.
- Maintain daily operational reports, service records, inspection reports, and manpower data.
- Prepare and maintain MS Excel-based operational reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, statutory requirements, and pest control regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, Sales, Administration, and Accounts whenever required.




- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures to improve service quality and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Pest Control, Facility Management, Field Operations, Housekeeping, or a similar service industry will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling and presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage and coordinate field manpower and multiple client sites.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and manage field operations.
- Candidates with experience in pest control operations and field service management will be preferred.
