We are looking for a Placement Executive Corporate Relations to build and maintain relationships with companies and HR/Talent Acquisition teams, generate placement and recruitment opportunities for students, and coordinate corporate hiring activities.

This is a field-based role involving regular visits to companies across Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit companies and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment teams.
- Identify and generate placement, internship, and recruitment opportunities for students.
- Develop and maintain strong corporate relationships and partnerships.
- Generate leads and explore opportunities for corporate tie-ups and recruitment drives.
- Collect job requirements and coordinate with companies for suitable candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and selection processes.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview status, selections, and future requirements.
- Support MoUs, corporate partnerships, and employer engagement activities.




- Maintain an updated company/employer database and track interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.
- Represent KIT Skill Hub professionally during corporate visits, meetings, and events.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid corporate relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Good business development, lead generation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to communicate professionally with HR and corporate stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for regular company visits within Hyderabad.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- MBA in HR / Marketing / Business Development is preferred.

Relevant Experience

Qualification:
