Job Title: Accountant (US Accounting Night Shift / PST)

Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM to 5:30 AM IST)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of professional accounting experience (preferably US accounting)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across team
Key Responsibilities
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and Payroll
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
