Job Summary:
Seeking a results-driven IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in US IT staffing. Must have a solid understanding of US work authorization (H1B, Green Card, USC, OPT/CPT), tax terms (W2/1099/C2C), and full-cycle recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for contract and directhire IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts).
- Use job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder) and databases (BulkResume, TechFetch) to identify top talent.
- Negotiate rates, submit profiles, and manage client submissions.
- Maintain ATS records and provide regular status updates.
- Work with bench sales teams to market consultants.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
- Proven ability to close candidates under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US immigration and payroll models.

Preferred:

- Experience with job portals like CCMS, Dice, Monster.
- Familiarity with IT skills (Java, .NET, SQL, Cloud, DevOps).
