We are hiring an experienced Sales Trainer to join our BPO team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate sales executives to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training and induction programs for new and existing sales employees.
- Deliver product, process, sales, and soft-skills training.
- Develop and update training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and knowledge checks.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and feedback.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support improvement in sales performance.
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training requirements are met.
- Track and maintain training-related reports and MIS.
- Conduct refresher training and upskilling sessions as required.
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- 1+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO/Call Centre environment preferred.
- Solid understanding of telesales/outbound sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle a classroom and conduct engaging training sessions.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/PowerPoint.
- Ability to work from office in Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
