Qualification: Mechanical Engineer | Postgraduate specialization in Marketing preferred

We are looking for an experienced General Manager Sales & Marketing to lead sales initiatives, drive business growth, and build strong customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete sales cycle prospecting, presentations, sales attainment & collections
- Lead and manage a sales team
- Identify and develop prospective customers
- Own and exceed annual sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Understand customer business needs and effectively present value propositions
- Ensure timely collection of receivables




- Prepare and share monthly MIS with management
- Is required to travel extensively

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills
- Sound fundamental knowledge of Combustion
- Experience in industrial sales, particularly in process-based industries such as Thermal Power Plants, Steel Industries, etc.
- Must be able to Liaison with Government /PSU Clients and build robust customer relationships.
- Must Be an Engineering Graduate
- Strong technical knowledge of products
- Proven ability to drive sales from planning to closure
- Regional language proficiency
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
