- Analyze EDI transactions to identify errors and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems related to AS2, X12, ANSI X2, and US Healthcare EDI standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes, including procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training on EDI systems and protocols to recent employees or clients.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in an IT services & consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of AS2, X12, ANSI X2, and US Healthcare EDI standards.
- Experience working with electronic data interchange (EDI) software applications.
