- Design and develop 3D models of mechanical components, assemblies, and complete systems using 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS.
- Create and modify complex 3D CAD designs based on engineering requirements and specifications.
- Develop detailed part models, assemblies, and design layouts for engineering systems.
- Perform design iterations and incorporate engineering changes and customer requirements into existing models.
- Ensure designs meet functional, dimensional, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.
- Perform basic design validation and interference/fit checks on 3D assemblies.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Review designs for accuracy, manufacturability, assembly, and performance.




- Participate in design reviews and provide technical inputs for complex mechanical systems.
- Maintain proper CAD models, drawings, revisions, and engineering documentation.
- Support troubleshooting and modification of existing designs based on production or field requirements.
- Follow company standards, engineering procedures, and CAD modelling best practices.
- Mentor junior design engineers and support the team in developing effective and standardized design solutions.
- Continuously improve design methods and make effective use of 3DEXPERIENCE/SOLIDWORKS tools.Role & responsibilities
