Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer for our MES Project at Suratgarh / Bikaner, Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for structural engineering, technical coordination, drawing review, site supervision, and ensuring execution of structural works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and coordinate structural drawings, designs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Supervise and monitor RCC and structural steel works at the project site.
- Review structural calculations, design drawings, reinforcement details, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, MES officials, project management, and site execution teams.
- Ensure execution of structural works as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable MES / CPWD standards.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with consultants for timely resolution.
- Inspect structural works and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, Civil and Execution teams.




- Review material specifications, method statements and technical submissions.
- Monitor progress of structural works and support timely project completion.
- Maintain necessary technical records, inspection reports and project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering – Mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Structural Engineering.
- Experience in RCC and structural steel construction.
- MES / Defence / Government Project experience preferred.
- Knowledge of MES / CPWD specifications and construction practices will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS or other relevant structural engineering software.
- Robust technical knowledge, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must be willing to relocate and work at Suratgarh / Bikaner, Rajasthan.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in MES, Defence, CPWD, Government Infrastructure or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
