Roles & Responsibilities:
Experienced in patient counseling, explaining treatment and procedure tariffs, coordinating with consultants and centre heads, maintaining daily reports and checklists, handling TPA/insurance pre-authorizations and billing, verifying surgery documents, preparing surgery lists, tele-calling, and following up with patients throughout the process.
