- Drive S/4 HANA projects including Implementation, Roll-out, and Conversion.
- Configure and manage SAP FI & CO modules, with strong cross-functional integration.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform business process re-engineering to optimize finance operations.
- Work extensively on GST, Asset Accounting, Banking Interfaces, and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).
- Deliver end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and handle complex support engagements.
- Manage requirement gathering, solution design, functional documentation, testing, and user training.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP) for developments and enhancements.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and finance transformation programs.




- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Work with offshore teams for development tracking and stakeholder updates.

Must-Have Skills:

- SAP FICO/FTM Lead/Architect
- Mini 10yrs into SAP consulting exposure
- S/4 HANA Implementation
- Robust client-facing experience
- Experience in blueprinting and Greenfield implementations
- Exposure to Gen AI / AI-led solutions in SAP landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience in client-driven delivery and engagement
