- Handle customer queries through international voice support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
- Follow process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate from a recognized university.




- Positive English communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational/international shifts.
- Candidates willing to work from office in Bangalore can apply.
