Responsibilities
Requirements
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud (Customer 360).
- Configure and deploy Agentforce agents, including topics, actions, prompts, guardrails, and integrations with Salesforce and external systems.
- Build and manage Data Cloud capabilities, including data ingestion, Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, and Calculated Insights.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, marketing, and external data sources using APIs and connectors.
- Develop customer segments, activation strategies, and AI-driven experiences powered by unified customer data.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable AI and Customer 360 solutions.
- Monitor solution performance and ensure adherence to security, governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
