Salary : 18k ctc - 15k in hand : For Fresher (Day shifts for girls)
23k in hand - Graduation + 6 months of experience in CSE
(Rotational shifts)

Roles and Resposibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, pricing, and processes.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and qualified manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Any UG/Grad/Fresher/Experienced can apply.
- Excellent communication in English is required.
