- Coordinate with colleges and training partners for DDR.
- Support for timely training commencement
- Support for monitoring and tracking of training lifecycle
- Monitor delivery, attendance and feedback, track assessments and certification
- Conduct visits for mobilisation / inspection on need basis
- Resolve field-level implementation issues
- Coordinate stakeholder capacity building
- Maintain trackers for training and placement
- Support for Central / State MIS onboarding and dashboard-based monitoring of training lifecycle data.
- To develop the framework of guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the monitoring and supervision mechanism for the DREAM Program.
