1.Project Manager C&I; (Solar)

- Education: B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Power Systems or Renewable Energy.
- Experience: 812 years experience in ground-mounted solar power plant projects.
- Responsible for end-to-end project delivery from design/engineering through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Strong expertise in solar PV design, SLDs, plant sizing, BOQ, technical specifications and equipment selection.
- Hands-on experience in PVsyst/Helioscope, AutoCAD, ETAP, solar PV testing and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of PV modules, inverters, transformers, SCADA, mounting structures, grid synchronization and performance-ratio optimisation.
- Strong project management, vendor/EPC coordination, technical troubleshooting and IEC/IS/IEEE standards knowledge.

2.Project Manager C&I; (Wind)

Education: B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 10+ years, specifically in Wind Power Project Execution.
- End-to-end execution of utility-scale wind projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
- Strong experience in WTG foundations,



WTG erection & commissioning, USS/DP Yard and 33 kV electrical infrastructure.
- Experience in RoW management, stakeholder engagement, government liaison and statutory approvals.
- Solid EPC/OEM/contractor management and multi-interface coordination skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities; willingness to work at project sites/travel.

3. Project Manager PM KUSUM

Education: B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Power Systems or Renewable Energy.

- Experience: 812 years in Solar EPC/Renewable Energy Projects.
- Mandatory relevant exposure: PM-KUSUM, utility-scale solar projects and substation execution.
- End-to-end project execution covering Electrical, Civil & Mechanical works through EPC contractors.
- Strong experience in Solar PV, MMS, cabling, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA and evacuation infrastructure.
- Experience in 11 kV/33 kV grid connectivity, testing, synchronization and commissioning.
- Strong EPC management, project planning, stakeholder/government liaison and statutory approval experience
