Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor site safety procedures and protocols
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Ensure strict PPE compliance across the site Identify hazards and take preventive and corrective actions
- Maintain safety reports, checklists, and incident records Support safety inductions and worker training
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors on safety practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in any field with Safety Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction and industrial safety norms
- Knowledge of hazard identification and risk control
- Positive communication and reporting skills Willingness to work full-time on-site

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fresher with certification or up to 3 years of experience
- Exposure to industrial or factory projects is an advantage
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate to Talegaon Disciplined and proactive approach to site safety
