Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building intelligent AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern machine learning frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications.
- Build and deploy AI Agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Develop RAG-based solutions integrating LLMs, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Create prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models and LLMs for business use cases.
- Develop APIs and microservices for AI model integration.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices including deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects,



and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Ensure Responsible AI practices, governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.

Required Skills

AI / ML

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with model training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment.

GenAI

- Hands-on experience with:
- OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Embeddings & Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate)

Agentic AI

- Experience building autonomous and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Tool Calling & Agent Orchestration
- Agent Memory Management
- Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)

Programming & Cloud

- Solid coding skills in Python.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs.
- Hands-on exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD.
