Role & responsibilities

1. New project feasibility study & report.

2. Development plan/sample delivery plan.

3. Trial support/customer meeting/NPD part issues solving.

4. Mold supplier Design/Time plan/ Correction control.

5. APQP/GR#1~GR#4 document submission/Internal team support.

6. Part 2D & 3D verification using CATIA V5, SOLID WORKS & Auto CAD (optional).

7. Project presentation using Microsoft PPT/Excel.

8. New Project Tech review & SOR Preparations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Recent project 2D drawing & 3D data receiving from customer.
2. Verifying 2D with 3D & reporting with customer.
3. New project Tech review/feasibility report preparation.
4. Development plan preparation with support of internal team information.
5. Development & sample plan follow up.
6. APQP & Gate Review (GR) documentation sign-off with customer.
7. New parts trial plan and t/o support with production & quality team.
8. Trial report preparation.
9. New parts packing standard discussion & confirmation.
10. NPD parts dimension issues solving with customer discussion.
11. Validation preparation & support with internal team.
12. Internal team co-ordination for NPD meeting.
13. Local mold development & NPD mold correction support.
