We are a fast-growing manufacturing company looking to expand our production team. We are hiring Production Assistants and Production Managers who are hands-on, process-driven, and capable of managing shop floor operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Supervise shop floor operations and manage manpower
- Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime
- Maintain product quality as per company standards
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams
- Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage
- Maintain daily production reports and MIS
- Identify process improvements for better efficiency
- Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth workflow on the shop floor
Experience
- Asst. Production Manager : Minimum 5 Years Experience
- Production Manager: 5-10 years in manufacturing industry
