Accounts Manager for a Pvt Limited Company: MIS & Tally experience must. Full-Time Posititon.

We are looking for smart, sincere and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join the Accounts & Finance team of a growing Pharma & Wellness company.

This is a strong prospect for an early-career accountant looking for real hands-on exposure across accounting, taxation, compliance, banking, MIS and audits. You will work under the guidance of CA Piyush ji, a highly experienced and respected Chartered Accountant, with direct exposure to the management team.

Location: Chandigarh Office
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally
- Monthly MIS for investors
- Sales, purchase, expense, receipt, payment and journal entries
- GST & TDS workings and compliance support
- Invoicing, vouchers and supporting documentation
- Bank and ledger reconciliations




- Accounts payable and receivable
- Outstanding payment tracking and follow-ups
- Monthly trial balance and MIS support
- Audit and statutory compliance support
- Coordination with management, vendors, customers and consultants

What Were Looking For

- Relevant qualification
- Strong working knowledge of Tally is mandatory
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Excel, invoicing and reconciliations
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Accurate, responsible and willing to take ownership

Early joiners preferred.
