Role & responsibilities

* Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marine, jetty, and berth construction projects.

* Coordinate marine construction activities, including piling, deck works, quay walls, dredging, and marine services.

* Ensure smooth integration between civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and marine activities.

* Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Identify project risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

* Support contract administration, variation orders, claims management, and commercial reviews.

* Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

* Monitor implementation of QA/QC procedures and inspection plans.

* Ensure compliance with project HSE policies and marine safety regulations.

* Monitor implementation of risk assessments, permit systems,



and emergency response procedures.

* Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Marine Engineering Construction Engineering.

Experience: 10 - 15+ years

Industry Experience: marine civil works, port modernization, or terminal development projects preferred

Required Technical Skills:

* Marine structures and port infrastructure development.

* Jetty, berth, quay wall, piling, and dredging works.

* Project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).

* Contract management and project controls.
