Cross-sell target of CASA & Liabilities a/c to existing RFS, GL, HL customers by meeting customers daily during DB and opening SA/Family Accounts, activating Net banking, Mobile Banking, QR Code, Sound box etc
Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing recent relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers/ family accounts and other branch level marketing activities
Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
