- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, lighting, motors, pumps, AHU, FCU and other equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and attend maintenance complaints.
- Monitor equipment performance and report major faults to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists and service reports.
- Follow safety procedures and site maintenance standards.
