Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process supporting customers in the US market.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Candidates with prior experience in International Voice, Customer Service, Technical Support, or BPO operations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines.
- Assist customers with product, service, account, or technical-related queries.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet defined Quality, Productivity, and Compliance metrics.
- Adhere to company processes, policies, and communication standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high service quality.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO / Customer Support experience.
- Experience in International Voice, Technical Support, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers and understanding global accents.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work US/rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
