JOB TITLE : Senior Engineer Project ( Central Production Engineering Department)

Location - Peenya, Bangalore

Educational Qualification:
BE Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication
OR
Diploma Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication

Experience:
BE candidates: 5+ years (preferred for this role)
Diploma candidates: 6 to 8 years

Key Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in handling CNC machines HMC, VMC, TC, SPM (Special Purpose Machines)
Exposure to machines such as Doosan, Hyundai, ACE, AMS, BFW, Friction Welding, Induction Hardening & Burnishing machines
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering automation
Robust knowledge of PLC logic design, programming, and troubleshooting
Capability to design and troubleshoot electrical circuits
Experience with Fanuc and Siemens systemsProject & Execution

Responsibilities:




Plan and execute electrical & electronics scope for new and retrofit projects
Prepare project schedules, RFQs, BOQs, and technical specifications
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely project execution

Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of LT systems, control panels, cable sizing, and earthing systems
Understanding of IS / IEC / NBC standards compliance
Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuit design
Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and system performance validation

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement:
Identify and manage critical machine spares
Experience in machine reconditioning and retrofitment of conventional machines
Awareness of TPM activities
Knowledge of Kaizen, QCC, and continuous improvement practices

EHS & Compliance:
Familiarity with EHS guidelines
Ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance
