- Handle day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of operational activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and verify operations-related files and documents.
- Perform cash handling, cash receipts, payments, and daily cash reconciliation accurately.
- Maintain proper records of cash transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage cash counter activities and resolve customer queries related to transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of operational requests and documentation.
- Identify customer requirements and generate cross-selling opportunities for relevant financial products.
- Promote products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Insurance, and other financial services as applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
- Ensure proper KYC/document verification and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all branch activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in Branch Operations, Cashier, Cash Handling, Banking/NBFC Operations, Customer Service, or Cross-Sales will be preferred.
