Key Responsibilities

- Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit from CAD drawings, SketchUp models, and design inputs.
- Produce architectural drawings, construction documentation, tender packages, specifications, and 3D models.
- Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality reviews to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical detailing in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with the UAE design team, consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage Revit content, families, model coordination, and BIM standards.
- Deliver project tasks in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency and working of Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
- Robust understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with British and/or American design standards.
