- Solid understanding of telecom networks, including OFC, RF, microwave, VSAT, and IP networking.
- Handson experience with fiber splicing, OTDR testing, link troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
- Familiarity with telecom tools such as OTDR, VNA, spectrum analyzer, power meter, LAN testers.
- Ability to interpret network diagrams, site layouts, and technical documentation.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related fields.
