Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for execution and supervision of civil works at project sites, ensuring quality construction, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution

- Execute civil works as per approved drawings and specifications
- Supervise site activities including RCC, finishing, and structural works
- Ensure timely completion of construction activities

2. Quality Control

- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks

3. Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking




- Ensure smooth coordination between different teams

4. Quantity Surveying & Billing

- Prepare BOQs and quantity estimations
- Verify contractor bills and measurements
- Track material consumption and minimize wastage

5. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at site
- Maintain compliance with statutory and environmental regulations

6. Reporting

- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports
- Update management on project status, delays, and risks

Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of civil construction (RCC, finishing, structural works)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Good project coordination and site management skills
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel / AutoCAD (preferred)
