Hi, This is with regards to an opening with Global Financial Services Firm in Mumbai Role - Vice President Exp - 12 years Location - Mumbai Skills - Project Management/Program Management, Change Management, Trade Life Cycle, Financial Products - Equity, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX Some tech modernization Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking preferably in front/middle office transformation ◼ Deep understanding of Investment banking, derivatives, and fixed income operations ◼ Expect sound understanding of standard financial products like Equities, Bonds, Derivatives ◼ Experience in managing full E2E project delivery, Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projects which require coordination across multiple Corporate functions and Technology partners ◼ Knowledge of  Trade Processing: Broadridge, Summit, Kondor  Market Data: Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE Data Services ◼ Platform modernization experience would be a big plus ◼ Understanding of trade lifecycle from execution to settlement ◼ Experience with straight-through processing (STP) initiatives ◼ Experience with Vendor management ◼ Creative problem-solving ability, inquisitive mind-set, comfortable with working on ambiguous situations. Stakeholder relationships is required ◼ Excellent project and programme management skills including experience in large cross functional and/or cross geographical programmes. ◼ Experience in managing full E2E project delivery, Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projects which require coordination across multiple Corporate functions and Technology partners ◼ Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies and understand deliverables required for each methodology. Knowledge of JIRA is preferred. ◼ Creative problem-solving ability, inquisitive mind-set, comfortable with working on ambiguous situations.
