Key Skills Oracle Fusion HCM – Core HR Absence Management BIP, OTBI & FDI Reporting Oracle HCM Branding & Journeys DOR (Document of Record) Configuration HCM Security – Job Roles, Data Roles & AOR Sensitive Field/Data Security HCM Testing – DEV & SIT Integration & Data Validation Test Case Preparation & Execution Responsibilities • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR functionalities. • Create BIP, OTBI and FDI reports as per business requirements.
• Configure Journeys, notifications and Document of Record (DOR). • Perform end-to-end HCM security setup, including Job Roles, Data Roles and AOR. • Configure sensitive field visibility across HCM modules. • Work with delivered and ad-hoc security reports. • Prepare and execute test cases based on business scenarios. • Perform DEV, SIT, integration and end-to-end testing. • Validate data and document/report test results. • Coordinate with business users during testing and provide training/support across HCM modules.
