The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with large-scale telecom datasets such as CDR, network KPIs, subscriber data, usage patterns, network logs, alarms and OSS/BSS data. Key Skills • Strong Python, Pandas, NumPy & Scikit-learn • Strong SQL and PySpark / Spark • Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling • Regression, Classification & Clustering • Feature Engineering & Model Optimization • Time Series Forecasting & Anomaly Detection • Experience working with large-scale datasets • ML Model Deployment & MLOps • Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP Telecom Domain Experience Experience in one or more of the following:



• CDR Analytics • Customer Churn & Retention • Subscriber / Customer Analytics • Network Performance & KPIs • Network Alarms & Logs • OSS/BSS • 4G/5G Analytics • RAN / Core Network Data • Network Optimization • Fraud Analytics • Traffic, Revenue & Usage Analytics • Capacity Planning & Forecasting ⭐ Good to Have Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, Power BI, Tableau, Deep Learning, NLP, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agents or Vector Databases. Ideal Candidate Someone who can independently own Data Science projects, work with complex telecom data, build and deploy ML models, and turn data into actionable business and network insights.
