The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise technology solutions, building C-level relationships, and closing high-value deals. This is a strategic hunting role focused on identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and expanding the organization's presence within the BFSI sector. . Required Skills & Experience 7 years of enterprise sales experience within the BFSI domain.
Proven experience selling technology solutions to Banks, Insurance companies, and Fintech organizations across India, the Middle East, or South Asia. Robust background in selling one or more of the following: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Customer Experience (CX) Solutions Marketing Automation Customer Analytics AI & Data Analytics Platforms Digital Transformation Solutions Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise customers and developing accounts from scratch. Strong network with senior stakeholders including CMOs, Digital Heads, Product Heads, CIOs, CTOs, and Technology Leaders. Excellent consultative selling, presentation, proposal development, and negotiation skills. Strong commercial acumen with experience handling enterprise contracts and pricing negotiations.
