Hiring | Senior Manager – Statutory Audit We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Statutory Audit to lead high-value audit engagements and work closely with senior stakeholders across listed and large unlisted companies. This is an opportunity for a strong audit professional who can combine technical expertise, leadership, client management and commercial understanding to deliver high-quality statutory audit engagements. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead Audit Engagements Lead end-to-end statutory audit engagements for listed and unlisted companies. Develop audit strategies, perform risk assessments and ensure effective execution of audit procedures. Drive engagements from planning through completion while maintaining quality and timelines. Technical & Regulatory Expertise Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), RBI guidelines, ICAI Standards and other applicable regulations. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements and assess their impact on engagements. Lead & Develop Teams Manage, mentor and develop audit teams, building strong technical and professional capabilities. Allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery across multiple engagements. Client & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business, risks and audit requirements.
Present audit observations, key findings and recommendations to senior management and Audit Committees. Quality & Review Review and finalize audit working papers and reports. Maintain high standards of audit quality, documentation, independence and professional ethics. What We're Looking For Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Statutory Audit. Preferred Exposure: Strong experience with listed companies and large unlisted public companies Key Skills Strong command over Ind AS, AS, Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) and RBI regulations Strong audit planning, risk assessment and analytical skills Excellent leadership and people management capabilities Robust client-facing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and tight deadlines Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Proficiency in audit tools and Microsoft Office High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to audit quality Why This Role?
