WHAT WILL YOU DO Independently build and grow partnerships with mid-sized insurance brokers across India to sell Vision benefits to their customers. Identify and engage with corporates to drive adoption of VisionSure’s vision benefits solutions. Own the entire sales and partnership cycle — from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and closure. Develop relationships with key decision-makers across brokers, corporates, HR teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of partnerships. Take ownership of sales outcomes and experiment with different approaches to build a scalable B2B business REQUIREMENT 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Insurance Selling primarily Health Insurance and/or OPD or wellness, or any other advantages for Employees. Experience working with mid-sized insurance brokers and corporates is mandatory. Comfortable working independently and building a pipeline from scratch with minimal supervision. Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who enjoys finding new opportunities and figuring out how to make things happen.
Willingness to travel across India for broker and corporate meetings.
