Role : Peoplesoft HCM Functional Consultant – Absences & India Payroll Exp : 7 to 18yrs Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Noida Job Description: Looking for experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to lead the full implementation lifecycle with a focus on Absence Management and India Payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, stakeholder workshops, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring strict compliance with Indian statutory payroll requirements. What will your role look like • Lead the complete PeopleSoft HCM implementation lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support. • Configure and support PeopleSoft Core HR, Absence Management, and Global Payroll for India. • Ensure statutory compliance across Indian payroll processes including TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, and statutory reporting. • Conduct stakeholder workshops, execute fit-gap analysis, and author functional design documentation and test scenarios. • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migrations.



• Execute testing phases, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution.
