We're building our India team in Mohali to support a growing UK business across corporate travel, airport transfers, hotels, weddings and events. This is an opportunity to shape the visual identity of a premium brand from the ground up. The role We're looking for a designer who can move fluently between static and motion work — someone who understands that luxury is communicated through restraint, craft and consistency rather than volume. What you'll do Design social media creatives across all channels Produce reels and short-form video for social Create website graphics and landing page visuals Design brochures,



company profiles and sales collateral Build presentations and pitch decks for corporate clients Produce PPC and paid ad creatives Design email marketing visuals Support end-to-end campaign design Edit long and short-form video Own and uphold brand guidelines across every output Work closely with the Content and Marketing teams What we're looking for 4–6 years' experience in graphic and video design A solid portfolio (mandatory — applications without one won't be considered) Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva and Figma, or equivalent tools Demonstrable understanding of premium and luxury brand aesthetics An eye for detail and a low tolerance for off-brand work How we'll measure success Creative and video output volume Turnaround time Creative quality and brand consistency Campaign performance Revision rate
