Role Description The YouTube Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for driving the growth and engagement of Edural Classes™’ YouTube channel. This role involves planning and executing content strategies, coordinating with academic and creative teams to develop video topics, and optimizing titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and playlists for maximum reach. The YouTube Growth Manager will monitor channel performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and run experiments to improve watch time, subscriber growth, and conversion to courses.





Daily tasks include managing content calendars, collaborating on video production, ensuring timely uploads, engaging with comments, and implementing SEO and audience development best practices. The role also includes identifying collaboration opportunities, supporting campaign-based promotions, and providing regular performance reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency with YouTube and digital Analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for scripting, coordination, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and basic online selling strategies for courses.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan content calendars, coordinate stakeholders, and manage multiple campaigns and timelines effectively.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience managing YouTube or social media channels, familiarity with educational content, basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing, and comfort working with students and teachers.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Patna and adapt to a fast-growing startup environment.
