Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Workshop Controller and Workshop Technicians supporting a Jaguar Land Rover dealership.

The Workshop

Controller will oversee daily workshop operations, allocate jobs, monitor repair progress, coordinate with body shop and aftersales teams, and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Technicians will perform diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, following manufacturer guidelines and using approved tools and equipment. Both roles will focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction through accurate work, timely service delivery,



transparent communication with service advisors, and adherence to brand standards. Collaboration with the wider dealership team to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement in workshop performance is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to quality service and timely resolution of issues.
- Hands-on experience in Workshops and Body Shops, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with colleagues, customers, and aftersales teams.
- Understanding of Aftersales processes, including service workflows, warranty procedures, and follow-up activities.
- Relevant technical qualification or certification in automotive engineering or vehicle mechanics.
- Experience working with luxury or premium automotive brands, preferably Jaguar Land Rover.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagnostic reports.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and adherence to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workshop environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
